The set of technological operations is arranged in such a ways so that it allows the complex production of metal sheet parts.

Laser cutting => Folding + Rollbending (or Pressing) => welding => surface processing => complementary operations

Processing of laser-cut parts
On the deburring machine RWT we perform on demand processing of laser-cut parts:

  • Deburring, abrading of scales or coarse impurities by 2-stage belt sander
  • Edging up to moderate rounding-off of edges using rotating grinding units
  • Regrinding of the whole part surface using grinder to achieve appearance surface

Bending
It is done on a new break press of the Holland company DARLEY and it has these parameters:

  • maximum press power 175 tons
  • CNC directing axes 4x
  • CNC Anti Deflection system
  • at the length of 3100 mm it is possible to bend metal sheets up to the width of 8 mm (this value depends on the particular parameters of the used materials) - note: If special tools with higher capacity are used, it is possible to process even wider sheets, but with shorter length

Rollbending
On 2 machines we carry out rollbending from a min. diameter approx. 100mm with the possibility of creating atypical shapes, cone and the like. Sheet thickness up to approx. 3mm.

Welding
We offer:

  • TIG welding  - In argon atmosphere it is possible to weld various materials, with the exception of aluminium, of 1mm width. It is a method of clean and good looking welding.
  • MIG welding - Welding of steel materials in an inert atmosphere.
  • MAG sváření  - Welding of steel materials in an active gas atmosphere.
  • POINT welding  - Resistance point welding of metal sheet parts on stationery equipment. Maximum width of welded parts is 5 + 5 mm.
  • ELECTRICAL SPARK deposition  - of bolts and other assemply elements of the diameter 2-8 mm, length 6 – 40 mm (these are standard parameters). However, it is possible to adjust it to higher requirements.

Surface processing
We grind surfaces mainly of stainless steel sheets into perfect design, so-called "Satin finishing". In cooperation with other companies, we arrange classical painting (wet painting), powder coating, covering with zinc including chromates, passivation and pickling of stainless steel and other covering with metals and surface processing according to the clients’ requirements.

Complementary operations

  • Cutting tubes, profiles, etc. on circular saw
  • machine drilling, reaming and threading, THERMDRILL
  • glueing with the most modern glues as an interesting alternative to connecting materials
  • Assembly works
  • Assembling and packaging of products according to the clients’s requirements
  • Help with construction works, making of unfolded dimensions, computer models and sets, technological expertise
  • Purchasing components and subdeliveries for parts and orders assembling

Contruction work
Given to our long-time experience in sheet metal processing we are able to participate also in contructin work of metal assemblies. We assist on construction work, flat-pattern creation, computer model sof parts and assemblies, technological consulting.
We use our experience primarily during construction optimization from the point of view of feasibility and cost-efficiency of the final product.
